For the summer season, we accept reservations starting April 1st.
 You must communicate with our receptionist between 9h00 and 20h00 at 450-835-2489.

Conditions regarding reservations
• For weekend reservations, only reservations beginning on the Friday and for the complete weekend are accepted. For weekends with a legal holiday attached, the reservation must cover a minimum of 3 days.
• During the construction holidays (July 26th – August 10th, 2008) only reservations of one week or more are accepted prior to July 1st.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50 % of the total amount is requested. The other 50% will be payable upon arrival.
• Any reservation which is not fully paid in advance will be cancelled automatically if the customer fails to show-up within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time.
• Customers requiring 30amp service must specify their request at the time of making the reservation.

Reservation taken more than 1 week in advance

• The non-refundable deposit of 50 % must be paid in cash or by cheque. If sent by mail, the cheque must be received within 7 days of the date when the reservation is taken.

Reservation taken within 1 week
• The non-refundable deposit of 50 % must be paid using a VISA credit card. If the reservation is for less than 2 days it must be paid in full.

Restrictions
• The following sites cannot be rented for trailers or motor homes.
  • E-9 , F-8 , G-6 , H-5
• These sites are restricted to tents ans tent-trailers
